The 3DS has now had a massive price drop in just a couple months of being released, I personally believe that this hints the 3DS's downfall as the price drop shows the decrease in interest on the 3DS. I personally believe that the 3DS is quite doomed due to the lack of online support and the battery life of the console. A killer app may get the 3DS better chances and some new online features would do wonders too but ultimately this looks bad for the 3DS as there is a lot to be done (including a new 3DS hardware with better battery) before the 3DS can have chances of doing well or close to the expectations it had.
